Knight Frank Thailand’s asset valuation team is equipped to provide services covering 3 types of reports, mainly depending on the purpose, preparing time frame and agreed-upon scope of work.

Full valuation report is a thorough survey according to asset valuation standards.

Drive-by or Kerb side valuation report is an external survey only. A desktop valuation report is evaluated based on the original valuation report without an asset survey and no title document verification is needed.

Portfolio group assets may consist of several types of assets, which will be managed and assigned to an expert team from other divisions such as office building, shopping center, hotel or residential project, which enable the work to be efficient and highly successful.

In addition, our team also provides land valuation services in Thailand, both for agricultural or land waiting to be developed, etc. The team also provides cost estimation services for all types of building construction such as residential condominiums, office buildings, housing estate projects and public utility projects, etc. Services also include construction progress inspection services and construction progress reports for the disbursement of the installment under the agreed-upon construction contract.
