(Senior Marketing / Marketing Officer)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• สำรวจตลาดเพื่อเปรียบเทียบกับคู่แข่งในพื้นที่รวมถึงการดูแลตรวจสอบสภาพของโครงการให้เรียบร้อยพร้อมขาย
  (Conducting a competitor analysis of the developments located in the surrounding area including monitoring the condition of the project to be ready for selling.)
• ดำเนินการสำรวจตลาด (Marketing Survey) ดำเนินการเรื่อง Marketing Plan, Marketing Strategy, marketing Research และ วางแพลนดูแลความเหมาะสมของสภาพโครงการ
  (Conducting market surveys, marketing plans, marketing strategies and marketing research and project conditions planning.)
• ดูแลภาพรวม และแนวทางการจัดทำเนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ วางแผนการตลาดออนไลน์ (SEO, Social Network, เว็บบอร์ดต่างๆ) ติดตามสถานะ ประเมินผล และปรับปรุงการดำเนินการของแต่ละแนวทาง
  (Take care of the overview guidelines and for creating website content. Responsible for the overall website content creation, online marketing plan (SEO, Social Network, various forums), monitor the status, evaluate and improve the implementation of each approach.)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานด้านการตลาดเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  (Experience in real estate marketing will be an advantage.)
