We are a highly experienced and in-depth knowledge team consists of 33 assessors and 13 support staff (title searchers, map and plan drafting officers, admin staff, and researchers). Out of 33 valuers, 18 have over 15 years of experience in asset valuation.
Mr. Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, Chairman, has over 32 years of experience in real estate business. He graduated with a Master's in Economic Development – Project Analysis & Appraisal. He is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), the Thai Valuers Association, and the Valuers Association of Thailand. Furthermore, he is also an approved valuer under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC).
Mr. Surasak Limpa-Arayakul, Executive Director - Head of Valuation & Advisory, has over 28 years of experience in valuation practice of all types of assets. He graduated with a Master's degree in Real Estate Business and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), the Thai Valuers Association, the Valuers Association of Thailand. He is also an approved valuer under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), Bank of Thailand and the Engineering Institute of Thailand.
Mr. Prachya Busayaphan, Director and Commercial Property Valuation Specialist, has over 26 years of experience and is a team leader of commercial property valuation specialists. He graduated with an MBA in Marketing and BBA in Construction Technology. He is also an approved valuer under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), Thai Valuers Association and the Valuers Association of Thailand.
Mr. Chatchai Angarunkorn, Director and Government Property Valuation Specialist, has over 31 years in valuation practices. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Housing Development. He is a member of Thai Valuers Association, and the Valuers Association of Thailand, as well as an approved valuer under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) and an approved land surveyor from the Ministry of Interior.
Mr. Channarong Pholpuech, Director and Industrial Property Valuation Specialist, graduated a Bachelor Degree in Construction Technology, has over 28 years of experience with in depth knowledge of the industrial property market. He is a member of the Thai Valuers Association and the Valuers Association of Thailand.
Ms. Korkaew Charoensuk, Director and Residential Project Development and Hotel Valuation Specialist, has over 8 years of strong experience in Hotel valuation. She graduated with an MBA in Finance and BBA in Property Valuation and is also a member of the Valuers Association of Thailand and an approved valuer under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Mr. Napa Pudtanu, Director and General Portfolio and Corporate Asset Valuation Specialist, has over 8 years of strong experience in Hotel valuation. He graduated with an MBA in Finance and BBA in Property Valuation and is also a member of the Valuers Association of Thailand and an approved valuer under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
