Inspection of Building and Building Equipment

In addition to various types of property valuation, research and feasibility studies of real estate projects, Knight Frank Thailand’s team also provides building and equipment inspection services, to determine the building’s stability, strength, physical condition and efficiency of the building systems. The findings are based on scrutiny from the outside of the building; it does not include tests that rely on specialized equipment and it does not include conducting a structural survey.
