Building Management

Responsible for a day-to-day building and systems operation and maintenance, design preventive maintenance program, car park management, project facilities management and building improvement planning

Committee Meeting and Annual General Meeting
Finance and Accounting Management

Responsible for billing and collecting all revenues and service charges, preparing the payment of all costs and expenses, preparing CJP account, accounting report and all related tax fillings, coordinating with auditor for the year-end’s auditing report and annual Budgeting preparation
