Valuation for Government Sector Property

Renting of government asset or procurement of benefits on government land is necessary to have asset valuers who possess knowledge, capability and expertise to be appointed as a consultant to conduct a project analysis in order to determine an appropriate rent or remuneration that generate benefits and fair to the government.

We analyze and study the project’s impact in every aspect that may occur at present and in the future in terms of the environment, traffic and community living, etc. in accordance with the announcements or regulations of the project owner agency. (Government agency) or according to the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Act or the Joint-Investment Act to be transparent in utilizing government assets to procure benefits from renting to the project owner agency such as Treasury Department, State Railway of Thailand, Provincial Electricity Authority, Crown Property Bureau, Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited and Thai Red Cross Society, etc.
