Knight Frank Thailand's valuation team has extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing and valuing all types and sizes of commercial assets such as offices, shopping centers, retail, supermarket, and data center, as well as leasehold properties and other income-producing properties like marinas and airports. This also includes properties for loan security/financing, purchasing – selling, accounting, joint venture, mergers & acquisitions, purchase price allocation (PPA), etc.
In addition, Knight Frank Thailand has been entrusted by many asset management companies to appraise asset value for public purposes in establishing a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) or preparing a presentation report to investors for an Initial Pricing Offering (IPO), which must understand the scope of work, time frame, terms, rules and announcements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
