KF CARE

A Knight Frank Thailand App that has been developed to support building management, operations and customer service, KF Care employs new technology to help reduce paper work and enable seamless monitoring of on-site staff work and services.
Benefits to Owner include:

• Request for repair and maintenance directly from your mobile device
• Receive information of water usage and bills, letter and parcel delivery notifications, building news dissemination, tracking enquiry

As the system is currently under development, there will be more functions that will be added, comprising:
• On-line payment system
• Chat room
• Facilities reservation

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

As part of its system development efforts, Knight Frank Thailand has also developed a Preventive Maintenance Program to help efficiently manage building system upkeep and equipment to the highest performance and with a lower cost of maintenance.
KNIGHT FRANK SHAREPOINT
A document management control system using Microsoft Sharepoint, Knight Frank Sharepoint supports data security and protects against information leaks. It controls access to data at a need-to-know basis and documents those who use or copy information, especially confidential information.
